Service Description
Custom art is a great way to add a personalized touch to your special event. You can choose colors, theme, tone etc. The possibilities are endless! After you make your booking, one of our artists will work with you to create your unique design. Perfect for; - Birthdays - Anniversaries - Baby Showers - Retirements - Bridal Showers - Baptisms - Sororities - Family Reunions - and more Included in this package: -5 person minimum. -$35 Per Additional Guest - max 35 people -All art supplies, aprons and table coverings provided Custom Artwork Policy: -Custom designs = 1 time $35 additional fee - Custom art parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. - Client will have the opportunity to revise the artwork a total of 2 times. - Drawn With Lovingkindness will not produce lewd or political images. - Portraits are not an option at this time. - If the client chooses not to go forward with the commissioned artwork after it is created, they will still be charged the $35 fee. Client Responsibilities: - If you are located outside of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, please email us at drawnwithlovingkindness.com to discuss the travel fee. - Tables and chairs are the responsibility of the client. - Venue is the responsibility of the client. - Payment in full before the set up of your party. 3 Hours = 30 min setup +2 hour paint party + 30 min breakdown *additional time = $120 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
- Custom art parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. - Client will have the opportunity to revise the artwork a total of 2 times. - Drawn With Lovingkindness will not produce lewd or political images. - Portraits are not an option at this time. - If the client chooses not to go forward with the commissioned artwork after it is created, they will still be charged the $35 fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Your booking balance (in addition to the cost of extra guests, custom art or premium art price adjustments) must be paid in full on the day of the event, before set-up. Failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of your booking. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. If the client fails to provide 72-hour notice, the client agrees to the forfeiture of their balance to Drawn With Lovingkindness. If Drawn With Lovingkindness needs to cancel for any reason, all payment will be refunded.
